摘要 目的:对比分析单侧与双侧椎弓根入路经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗老年新鲜骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的应用效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治老年新鲜骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者140例,根据不同手术方法分为两组,各70例。对照组进行双侧椎弓根入路;观察组进行单侧椎弓根入路。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、透视曝光次数、骨水泥注射量、住院时间、治疗后疼痛(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用经单侧椎弓根入路PKP治疗老年新鲜OVCF患者,可在一定程度上缩短手术时间,同时还能有效减少骨水泥的注入量和透视曝光次数,缓解患者疼痛。 Objective:To analyze the effect of unilateral and bilateral pedicle approach PKP in the treatment of elderly fresh osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,140 cases of elderly patients with fresh osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF)were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods,with 70 cases in each group.The control group underwent bilateral pedicle approach.The observation group received unilateral pedicle approach.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The operation time,fluoroscopy exposure times,bone cement injection volume,hospitalization time and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control grou,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Unilateral pedicle approach PKP in the treatment of elderly fresh OVCF patients can shorten the operative time to a certain extent,at the same time,it can effectively reduce the amount of bone cement injected and fluoroscopic exposure times,it also can relieve the pain of the patients.
