摘要
目的:研究伊伐布雷定治疗中重度慢性心力衰竭伴窦性心动过速的价值。方法:2017年2月-2020年2月收治中重度慢性心力衰竭伴窦性心动过速患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。研究组给予伊伐布雷定+富马酸比索洛尔治疗;对照组给予富马酸比索洛尔治疗。比较两组用药结果。结果:研究组用药后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、B型尿钠肽(BNP)等指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伊伐布雷定+富马酸比索洛尔治疗中重度慢性心力衰竭伴窦性心动过速的效果更为突出,能够快速改善患者心功能,促进其运动耐力的恢复。
Objective:To study the value of ivabradine in the treatment of moderate to severe chronic heart failure combined with sinus tachycardia.Methods:From February 2017 to February 2020,60 patients with moderate to severe chronic heart failure combine with sinus tachycardia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.The study group was treated with ivabradine+bisoprolol fumarate.The control group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate.The results of medications between the two groups were compared.Results:The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and other indexes in the study group were all better than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ivabradine+Bisoprolol fumarate is more effective in treating moderate to severe chronic heart failure with sinus tachycardia,it can quickly improve the cardiac function of patients and promote the recovery of their sports endurance.
