摘要
大屯契约文书,见证清至民国安顺屯堡社区民间契约的规范化,体现清代“屯田”在屯戍制解体后成为高税田,而从永佃权到"一田两主"的顶田契约及其他杂契,作为藏于民间私家的乡村档案,对明清以来到20世纪50年代的安顺屯堡村落,尤其是废除屯戍制度后的安顺屯堡村寨的赋税、地租、生产力、生产关系、土地交换、家庭遗产继承、乡亲寨邻的人际关系等情况提供了研究的资料,对国内专家学者对研究屯田制度及其解体后的安顺屯堡村寨的研究以及中国契约文化、民俗文化的研究,提供了较为难得的一手资料。
Datun contract documents witnessed the standardization of folk contracts in Anshun Tunpu community from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,reflecting that“tuntian”in the Qing Dynasty became a high tax field after the disintegration of the garrison system,and the Dingtian contract and other miscellaneous contracts from permanent tenancy right to“two owners of one field”were used as private rural archives,especially for the Anshun Tunpu villages from the Ming Dynasty to the 1950s,especially after the abolition of the garrison system This paper provides research materials on taxes,rent,productivity,production relations,land exchange,family inheritance,and interpersonal relationship between villagers and neighbors in Tunpu village.It also provides rare first-hand materials for domestic experts and scholars to study Tunpu village in Anshun after the disintegration of Tunpu system and the contract culture and folk culture in China.
