摘要
某石化企业SL-Ⅱ型液体原料裂解炉辐射段入口管服役1年2个月后内壁发生严重减薄。采用直读光谱仪、万能材料试验机、高温持久试验机和扫描电镜等对发生减薄炉管开展试验研究,分析了炉管减薄原因。结果表明,由于裂解炉在服役过程中工艺超标,炉管内壁异常快速结焦,超负荷运行时轻烃汽化能力不足,导致液相进入炉管,结焦过程中沉积盐被焦炭吸附,在炉管内壁发生熔盐腐蚀,造成管壁减薄。
After one year and two months of service,the inner wall thickness of the inlet pipe of the radiation section of the SL-Ⅱliquid raw material pyrolysis furnace in a petrochemical enterprise was severely reduced.The direct reading spectrometer,universal material tester,high temperature stress and creep rupture tester and scanning electron microscope were used to carry out experimental research on the thinned furnace tube.The results show that because the process of the pyrolysis furnace exceeds the standard during its service,the coke is rapidly formed on the inner wall of the furnace tube,causing insufficient vaporization capacity of light hydrocarbons during overload operation and entry of liquid phase into the furnace tube,the salt deposited in coking process is adsorbed by coke,and the corrosion of molten salt occurs on the inner wall of the furnace tube,causing the thinning of the tube wall.
