摘要
采用AHP层次分析法及模糊分析法建立安宁河流域冬季阳光资源针对性评价体系,并根据阳光资源分布类型选取攀枝花、昆明、北海、海口、成都进行对比性研究。结论显示:(1)复合因素评价指标体系能直观反映区域阳光资源在特定应用背景下的适应性情况,并能通过指标层子因素对比反映资源具体特点与差异性。(2)以西昌及攀枝花为代表的安宁河流域阳光资源具备相当突出的均衡性优势。(3)流域阳光资源依然存在相对短板。(4)流域阳光资源开发利用现状相对落后,需要借鉴同类资源属性区域的开发经验,总结符合自身发展背景的可持续开发利用道路。
AHP and fuzzy analysis are used to establish the targeted evaluation system of winter sunshine resources in Anning River Basin,and Panzhihua,Kunming,Beihai,Haikou and Chengdu are selected for comparative study according to the distribution types of sunshine resources.The conclusion shows that:(1)The composite factor evaluation index system can directly reflect the adaptability of regional sunlight resources under the specific application background,and can reflect the specific characteristics and differences of resources through the comparison of the sub factors in the index layer.(2)The sunlight resources in the Anning River region represented by Xichang and Panzhihua have quite outstanding balance advantages.(3)There is still a relatively short plate of sunshine resources in the basin.(4)The current situation of the development and utilization of sunshine resources in the basin is relatively backward,it is necessary to draw lessons from the development experience of similar resource attribute areas,and summarize the sustainable development and utilization path in line with its own development background.
