摘要
为了平泉及周边地区香菇产业能持续健康发展,针对平泉及周边地区在2020年5月1日前后3 d短暂高温天气现象导致第一潮香菇集中爆发出菇,香菇种植户“丰产不丰收”的现象,调研平泉及周边地区香菇种植户遭受损失范围以及受影响程度,分析近20年平泉地区出现类似“513短暂高温”天气出现的频率,从气候条件、疫情、品种选择及栽培模式共同分析此种现象产生的原因。结果表明,此种现象发生有其“偶然”性也有其“必然”性,建议香菇种植户根据本地气候条件、市场需求,有效调整品种结构和栽培模式,避免这种现象再次造成损失,促进平泉及周边地区香菇产业能持续健康发展。
In order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of Lentinus edodes industry in Pingquan and its surrounding areas,in view of the brief hot weather in Pingquan and its surrounding areas around May 1,2020,which led to the first tidal Lentinus edodes outbreaks and the phenomenon of high yield but poor harvest of Lentinus edodes growers,this paper investigated the scope and degree of loss in Lentinus edodes growers in Pingquan and its surrounding areas suffered losses due to abnormal weather,analyzed the frequency of similar weather anomalies in Pingquan area in recent 20 years,from the climate conditions,the impact of the epidemic,variety selection,cultivation mode to analyze the causes of this phenomenon.The results showed that there are both accidental and inevitable factors for this phenomenon.It is suggested that Lentinus edodes growers should effectively adjust the variety structure and cultivation mode according to the local climate conditions and market demand,so as to avoid this phenomenon causing losses again and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the Lentinus industry in Pingquan and its surrounding areas.
