摘要
我国目前对于新增医疗服务价格项目成本测算没有国家统一规范的标准可供参考,各地自行管理模式下的项目成本构成和测算内容不同,不利于规范管理、横向对比。因此,采用文献研究、政策分析和比较分析法,制定并出台统一的新增医疗服务价格项目成本测算指导意见,更好地做好成本测算基础数据采集和资料报送,有利于建立统一的新增医疗服务价格项目成本测算标准。
Since there is no standardized national standard for the cost measurement of new medical service price items in China,project cost composition and measurement contents are different in different regions under the self-management mode,which is not conducive to standardized management and horizontal comparison.Therefore,literature review,policy analysis and comparative analysis are applied to formulate unified guidance on the cost calculation of new medical service price items,do a good job in the collection and submission of basic data of cost measurement,which is beneficial for constructing the calculation standard of unified new additional medical service price items.
