摘要
无损检测广泛应用与压力容器制造过程中,并对质量可靠性起着非常重要的作用。根据相关标准规范,结合在食品卫生行业中的实际应用,对食品卫生行业设备的无损检测进行了探讨,从无损检测的常规方法、检测实施的时机、各类焊缝进行全部或局部检测的情况、各类检测方法的选择和对比等方面进行了论述。
Nondestructive testing is widely used in pressure vessel manufacturing process,and plays a very important role in quality reliability.According to the relevant standards and specifications,combined with the practical application in the food hygiene industry,this paper discusses the non-destructive testing of the equipment in the food hygiene industry,specifically from the conventional methods of non-destructive testing,the timing of testing,the situation of all kinds of weld joint detection,the selection and comparison of various detection methods.
