摘要
对单绳缠绕式提升机主轴装置进行了受力分析与计算,建立了有限元分析模型,得到提升开始和提升终了工况下的应力与变形,同时推出了提升终了阶段的疲劳应力值,全部满足设计使用要求;通过分析易疲劳点的应力更有利于对主轴装置的设计与后期的运行维护。
The force analysis and calculation of the main shaft device of the single-rope winding hoist were carried out,and the finite element analysis model was established to obtain the stress and deformation at the beginning and the end of hoisting.At the same time,the fatigue stress value at the end of hoisting was introduced.Meet the requirements of design and use;analyzing the stress of fatigue points is more conducive to the design of the spindle device and the later operation and maintenance.
