摘要
创业拼凑是新创企业突破资源约束,实现企业成长的有效途径。基于中国知网数据库(CNKI),运用文献分析法和共词分析法绘制了知识图谱,系统梳理了创业拼凑国内研究现状及未来研究方向。研究发现:国内学者们在对创业拼凑内涵解读的基础上拓展了其类型划分,并集中于探索关于创业拼凑机理作用的前置、结果及情境因素三个方面;近年来研究热点主要集中于创业导向、创业学习、创业者先前经验、商业模式创新等主题,且已经进入高速发展阶段;国内创业拼凑领域的核心机构群体和核心作者群体都尚未形成,但已形成了较为稳定的合作团体。未来应加强机会发现与创业拼凑的互动、创业拼凑的“双刃剑”、地域环境差异对创业拼凑效果影响等主题的研究。
Entrepreneurial bricolage is an effective way for new startups to break through resource constraints and achieve corporate growth.The article present systematically domestic research status and future research directions of entrepreneurial bricolage,then using literature analysis and co-word analysis to draw a knowledge map based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).The study found that domestic scholars have expanded type division based on understanding the connotation of the entrepreneurial bricolage,and focused on exploring the three aspects of the front,results and situational factors of the mechanism of entrepreneurial bricolage;about research hotspots in recent years have mainly focused on entrepreneurial orientation,entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneur's previous experience,business model innovation and so on,and this topics have entered the stage of rapid development;the core institutional group and core author group both have not formed about domestic entrepreneurial bricolage,but a relatively stable cooperative group has been formed.In the future,we should strengthen research topics such as the interaction between opportunity discovery and entrepreneurial bricolage,the"double-edged sword"of entrepreneurial bricolage,and the influence of regional environmental difference on entrepreneurial bricolage.
