摘要
目的探索"改良式"链式亲情护理在骨盆骨折大出血患者护理应用。方法随机将我院收治的骨盆骨折大出血患者57例分成两组,给予28例常规组骨盆骨折大出血患者实施常规护理,给予观察组29例骨盆骨折大出血患者实施改良式链式亲情护理,对比护理差异。结果相比常规组,观察组抢救总时长、并发症发生率、焦虑评分及行为障碍均较低,护理满意度评分、社会功能及日常生活能力评分均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将改良式链式亲情护理应用于急诊骨盆骨折大出血患者中能显著提高护理效果,促进患者抢救成功,减少病死及并发症现象的出现。
Objective To explore the nursing application of "improved" chain-type family care in patients with pelvic fracture and massive hemorrhage.Methods A total of 57 patients with pelvic fracture and massive hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.28 patients with conventional pelvic fracture and hemorrhage were treated with routine nursing.29 patients with pelvic fracture and hemorrhage were treated with modified chain-type family care.difference.Results Compared with the conventional group,the total duration of treatment,complication rate,anxiety score and behavioral disorder were lower in the observation group,and the nursing satisfaction score,social function and daily living ability score were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved chain-type family care can significantly improve the nursing effect in patients with emergency pelvic fracture and massive hemorrhage,promote the successful rescue of patients,and reduce the occurrence of death and complications.
