摘要
为掌握阿蚊属(Armigeres)形态及多态特征,进而准确地分类鉴定,本研究采集云南不同纬度、不同海拔、不同植被地区的阿蚊幼虫,进行隔离饲养,获取成蚊(♀,♂)、蛹皮、幼虫成套标本,在此基础上进行系统的形态及分类研究。经过1995—2018年的调查,在上述地区共采获约450套阿蚊标本及相关的生态生物学资料,其中发现阿蚊18种,包括阿蚊亚属(Subgenus Armigeres)7种,励蚊亚属(Subgenus Leicesteria)11种;在18种阿蚊中,形态研究显示有7种存在多态特征,依此对原阿蚊亚属和励蚊亚属的分类特征提出修正意见。
To master the morphological and polymorphic characteristics of genus Armigeres for establishing a foundation of accurate classification and identification,the mosquito larvae were collected from different latitudes,altitudes and types of vegetation areas,and separately breed to harvest specimens with full development stages for morphologic and classification studies.From 1995 to 2018,about 450 complete set of life history specimens(Armigeres,larvae,pupa and♀♂adults)were collected.A total of 18 Armigeres species were collected including 7 species of Armigeres and 11 species of Leicesteria.Of the 18 Armigeres species,7 species showed polymorphic characteristics.Based on this new discovery,a suggestion was put forward to revise the taxonomic characteristics of the original subgenus Armigeres and subgenus Leicesteria.
