摘要
"校企合作,工学结合"订单培养模式已实施多年,应用过程中强调教学与生产、科技工作与社会实践的结合,有助于帮助各大院校培养技术应用型的人才,以满足社会对专业应用型人才的需求。本文结合笔者的研究与实践,以南宁技师学院百援订单班为例,探讨在汽车专业校企互融订单式人才的有效培养策略。
"School enterprise cooperation,work study combination"order training mode has been implemented for many years.In the application process,it emphasizes the combination of teaching and production,scientific and technological work and social practice,which helps colleges and universities to cultivate technical application-oriented talents,so as to meet the social demand for professional application-oriented talents.In this paper,combined with the author's research and practice,taking the Baiyuan order class of Guangxi Nanning Technician College as an example,this paper discusses the effective training strategy of the order type talents in the automotive specialty.
