半导体桥火工品多脉冲力学过载响应 被引量:1

Response of Semiconductor Bridge Initiator to Multi-pulse Mechanical Overload

摘要 针对弹体侵彻多层靶板火工品抗力学过载能力评估技术的需求,开展火工品力学过载模拟试验和仿真研究。采用空气炮试验装置对半导体桥火工品进行单层均质钢靶板厚10 mm和3层均质钢靶板(厚度6 mm+厚度2 mm+厚度2 mm)侵彻过载试验,并利用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA对半导体桥火工品侵彻单层和3层钢靶板过载环境响应特性进行仿真计算。空气炮过载试验结果:3层钢靶板侵彻后火工品长度形变量为单层等厚的2.29倍、输出端直径的2.81倍。仿真计算结果:3层钢靶板侵彻后火工品长度形变量为单层等厚的3.2倍、输出端直径的2.85倍。研究结果表明,在侵彻3层和单层等厚度靶板条件下,从半导体桥火工品受力形变的角度,与侵彻单层等厚靶板相比较,侵彻3层靶板时火工品承受的过载环境更为严苛。 An air gun test device is used for the penetration test of single-layer and 3-layer steel targets for evaluating the anti-overload capability of semiconductor bridge initiator during penetrating muti-layer steel target.LS-DYNA is used to simulate the response characteristics of semiconductor bridge initiator during penetrating single-layer and 3-layer steel targets.The penetration test results show that the length deformation of initiator after the penetration into the three-layer steel target is 2.28 times of that of the single layer,and the diameter deformation of output end of initiator after the penetration into the three-layer steel target is 2.81 times of that of single layer.The simulated results show that the length deformation of initiator after the penetration into the three-layer steel target is 3.20 times of that of the single layer,and the diameter deformation of output end of initiator after the penetration into the three-layer steel target is 2.85 times of that of the single layer.It is shown that the semiconductor bridge initiator suffers larger overload under the conditions of penetrating into the three-layer target plate compared with the single-layer equal-thickness target.
