扩招后高职教育情势变化与社会服务应对策略 被引量:1

Changes in the Situation of Higher Vocational Education and Social Service Strategies after Enrollment Expansion

摘要 随着《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的出台与逐步推进,高职教育迎来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。特别是2019年百万扩招的实施与之后的持续推进,引发高职院校生源结构的巨大变化,将直接促使高职教育使命升级与内涵衍变,包括位置层次的变化与类型功能的嬗变。社会服务作为高职教育基本职能,随势应变进而转型升级成为应然之举。百万扩招后,高职社会服务存在两大转型与三大升级。两大转型即社会服务从专业服务转化为综合服务,从内在教育需求拓展到外部社会需求。三大升级即责任担当升级进而促进社会服务内容发展,技术平台升级进而推动社会服务模式创新,评价标准升级进而倒逼社会服务能力建设。 With the introduction and gradual progress of National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,higher vocational education has confronted unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In particular,the implementation of the millionenrollment expansion in 2019 and the continuous promotion will lead to great changes in the source structure of higher vocational college students,which will directly promote the upgrading of higher vocational education missions and the evolution of connotation,including changesin position level and changes in types and function.As a basic function of higher vocational education,social service should be transformed and upgraded according to the situation,which has become a necessary move.After the enrollment expansion,there are two transformations and three upgrades inhigher vocational social service.The two major transformations are the transformation of social services from professional services to comprehensive services,and the expansion from internal educational needs to external social needs.The three major upgrades are responsibility upgrading to promote the development of social service content,technology platform upgrading to promote the innovation of social service mode,and evaluation standards upgrading to force the construction of social service capabilities.
