摘要
针对传统电容隔直措施抑制地磁感应电流(GIC)存在风险转移以及目前优化目标的单一性,提出了基于多目标离散粒子群算法的电阻抑制措施优化方法以及考虑暂态量变化的评价指标。以地磁感应电流的Benchmark标准算例为例,将各电压等级变压器中性点GIC低于限值作为约束条件,电阻装置数最少和中性点GIC总和最少作为优化目标,获得了抑制措施的优化方案。基于标准算例在Powerworld中的动态模型,研究了不同时变感应地电场作用下电网暂态量的变化规律。利用发电机无功剩余量、母线电压偏移量和电压暂降时间作为评价指标,分析了优化方案的效果。结果表明:对于相同的3台装置,相比于电容隔直措施导致的风险转移,电阻优化方案可使抑制装置的数量和电网GIC达到全局最优,各变电站节点的GIC均在各自限值以下,全网GIC降至限值384 A以下;动态模型下,系统受地磁扰动影响时,电阻方案能够减小发电机无功出力,在1 V/km的电场下,未治理的无功剩余量从原来超出最大出力的3倍降至剩余量为限值的20%,电阻方案能够维持节点电压稳定,节点电压最大偏移量从39.73%降低至13.68%,电压暂降最大持续时间从1.2 s降至0.8 s,系统抵抗扰动的能力提高,暂态响应评价指标说明了电阻方案的有效性。
Aiming at risk transfer of the traditional capacitor blocking device in suppressing geomagnetically induced current(GIC),and the single optimization goal,an optimization algorithm of the installation position of resistors based on multi-objective discrete particle swarm optimization and the evaluation indicators considering the change of transients are provided.Taking the GIC-Benchmark test case as an example,the neutral point GICs of each voltage level below the limit as the constraint conditions,the least number of resistor devices and the least neutral point sum GICs as the optimization objectives,the optimization scheme of suppression measures is proposed.The rule of transient changes due to different induced geoelectric fields is revealed based on the dynamic model of GIC-Benchmark in Powerworld.The generator reactive power output,bus voltage offset and voltage transient drop duration are chosen to evaluate the effect of suppression measures.Compared with the capacitor,the resistor optimization makes the number of suppression devices and GIC values reach the global optimal.The GICs of each substation node is below their respective limit,and the entire grid GICs below the limit of 384 A.In the case of the dynamic model,when the system is disturbed,the resistor scheme reduces the reactive power output of the generator,lowers the reactive power reserve value from beyond 3 times of the maximum output to the rest value with 20%of the limit under the electric field with 1 volt every kilometer,and maintains the stability of the node voltage,the maximum offset of node voltage is reduced from 39.73%to 13.68%,and the maximum duration of voltage sag is also reduced from 1.2 s to 0.8 s.The resist disturbance ability of the system is promoted.The evaluation indicators of transient response verify the effectiveness of this resistor scheme.
