胃结肠息肉患者应用胃肠镜下等离子射频仪的临床效果评价及对首次进食时间影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析和探讨胃结肠息肉患者应用胃肠镜下等离子射频仪的临床效果评价及对首次进食时间影响。方法:选择2017年5月~2019年5月本院收治的胃结肠息肉患者78例作为研究对象,并采用“动态随机分组”法分为对照组(39例)和观察组(39例),对照组患者胃肠镜下用高频电治疗仪行息肉切除,观察组患者采用胃肠镜下等离子射频仪切除息肉,对比两组患者的治疗效果以及临床指标,生活质量。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率高于对照组,手术时间、住院时间以及首次进食时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃结肠息肉患者应用胃肠镜下等离子射频仪的临床效果显著,不仅能够大大提升治疗效果,还能够缩短首次进食时间,缩短手术时间和住院时间。 Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of gastrointestinal plasma radiofrequency instrument on patients with gastrocolonic polyps and the effect on the time of first meal.Methods:Patients with gastrocolonic polyps(78 cases)in our hospital(May 2017 to May 2019)were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group(39 cases)and an observation group(39 cases)using the"dynamic randomized grouping"method.The control group of patients with gastrointestinal endoscopy using high-frequency electrical therapy instrument for polyp resection,the observation group of patients with gastrointestinal plasma radiofrequency instrument for polyp removal,comparison of the two groups of patients with treatment effects and clinical indicators,quality of life.Results:The total clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the operation time,hospitalization time,and first meal time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The gastrointestinal plasma radiofrequency instrument has obvious clinical effects in patients with gastrocolonic polyps,which can not only greatly improve the treatment effect,but also shorten the first meal time,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time.
