热泵与ORC在热水余热利用中的应用研究

摘要 以100 t/h的热水,热水温度为110~180℃为例,分别计算热泵回收热水闪蒸蒸汽气量以及ORC热水余热发电电量。采用标油折算的方法分别对两种方法收益进行比较,结果表明:回收闪蒸蒸汽压力低于0.7 MPa时,采用热泵进行蒸汽回收所产生的收益要优于ORC系统。回收闪蒸蒸汽压力高于0.7 MPa时,选用ORC进行热水余热发电优于采用热泵对闪蒸蒸汽进行回收。 Hot water is one of the carriers of industrial waste heat.Heat pump recovery of hot water flash steam and ORC recovery of hot water waste heat for power generation are two important methods of hot water waste heat utilization.This article takes 100 tons/hour of hot water and hot water temperature of 110~180℃as an example to calculate the amount of flash steam recovered by the heat pump and the amount of electricity generated by ORC hot water waste heat.The oil conversion method is used to compare the revenues of the two methods.The results show that when the flash steam recovery pressure is lower than 0.7 MPa,the heat recovery of the steam recovery using the heat pump is better than the ORC system.When the pressure of recovered flash steam is higher than 0.7 MPa,it is better to choose ORC for hot water waste heat power generation than heat pump to recover flash steam.
