摘要
房地产市场平稳健康发展是一项十分复杂的系统工程,迫切需要采用大数据的思维方式和技术手段,加快构建监测分析预警系统。本文系统阐述了当前房地产市场监测分析存在的问题和不足,结合国家关于房地产工作的最新要求,提出建立基于大数据的房地产监测分析预警系统框架思路,以期为准确研判房地产市场发展形势和精准实施房地产调控政策提供决策参考。
The stable and healthy development of the real estate market is a very complex systematic engineering which is in urgent need of adopting big data thinking and technology and accelerating the construction of a monitoring,analyzing and early warning system.On the basis of systematically expounding the problems and deficiencies in the current real estate market monitoring and analyzing work,combined with the latest government requirements on real estate work,this paper proposes a framework for establishing a real estate monitoring,analyzing and early warning system based on big data,and initially demonstrates the results of system application which is expected to provide decision-making reference for accurately studying the real estate market development situation and precisely implementing real estate market control policies.
