阻燃纱线分层配置方式对织物阻燃性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究阻燃织物合理规格的配置方式。设计加工了26种不同配方的阻燃纱线,织造了35种相同组织规格的纬二重织物和13种相同组织规格的纬三重织物,其中部分由不同阻燃纱线分层配置而成,部分为相对应的均质织物,测试了各织物的拉伸断裂强力、撕破强力和阻燃指标。试验表明:阻燃纱线分层配置的织物力学性能一般低于均质织物;阻燃性能一般好于均质织物。指出:织物分层配置阻燃纱线时,可采用一部分成本较低的阻燃纤维甚至普通纤维,在保持阻燃性能不变的前提下,降低阻燃织物的成本,获得较高的性价比。 The configuration method of reasonable flame retardant fabric specification was studied.26 kinds of flame retardant yarn with different formations were designed and processed.35 kinds of weft double fabrics with the same texture specification and 13 weft triple fabrics with same texture specification were woven.Among them,some were formed with different flame retardant yarn with layered configuration while some were corresponding homogeneous fabric.The breaking strength,tear strength and flame retardant index of each fabric were tested.The test results showed that the mechanical properties of fabric with flame retardant fiber layered configuration was normally lower than those of homogeneous fabric.The flame retardant property was better than that of homogeneous fabric.It was pointed out that part of flame retardant fibers with lower cost or even the common fibers could be used in flame retardant fiber layered configuration.So under the condition of keeping the same flame retardant property,the cost of flame retardant fabrics could be reduced and higher cost performance could be obtained.
