摘要
中国特色社会主义法治观作为社会主义核心价值观的重要组成部分,其内涵包含了中国传统法治思想的精华、国家治理现代化的精神追求及马克思主义法治思想中国化的最新成果。同时在国家治理现代化进程中,社会主义法治观能够为国家发展树立法治化的思维底线,为经济体制改革提供法治保障。我国应当在以下四个方面完善社会主义法治观的践行路径,即坚持人民主权地位的立法观、坚持以人为本的执法观、坚持公平正义的司法观、坚持法治信仰的守法观。
The socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics as an important part of the socialist core values which contains the essence of traditional rule of law,the spiritual pursuit of modernization of national governance and the latest achievements in Sinicization of Marx’s rule of law;meanwhile,in the process of modernization of national governance,the socialist view of rule of law can establish the bottom line of thinking for national development,provide legal protection for economic system reform,and provide legal protection for economic system reform.Therefore,our country should improve the paths of practicing socialist view of rule of law from the following three aspects:adhering to the legislative view of people’s sovereign status,adhering to the people-oriented view of law enforcement,adhering to the judicial view of fairness and justice,and adhering to the law-abiding view of belief in the rule of law.
