摘要
针对岩溶地区某99.75 m高层建筑物不均匀沉降工程案例,现场调查后分析认为,地基承载力不足且地层差异性大、地下水浮力及溶蚀作用是导致不均匀沉降的主要原因。基于"地层加固,止沉调平"的基本治理思路,提出"锚杆静压桩+地层注浆加固+稳压基础托换"的综合纠倾加固方法,并依据沉降数据对钢管桩数量及施工工序进行了区域化、差时化设计,结合动态施工方法采用静力水准仪及IBIS-L地形微变远程监测系统进行全过程监测。治理效果表明:该方法是行之有效的,锚杆静压桩联合地层加固注浆大大提高了地基承载力,优化了地基承载结构;稳压封桩有效控制了桩体回弹,降低了施工过程产生的附加沉降。在有效控制建筑物不均匀沉降趋势的同时,为其回倾创造了条件,同时也为其他类似工程的治理提供经验。
According to the case study of a 99.75 m high-rise building with uneven settlement in karst area,the analysis after field investigation shows that the main cause of uneven settlement is the insufficient foundation bearing capacity,the great difference of stratum,the buoyancy and dissolution of groundwater.Based on the basic management idea of"strengthening the stratum,stopping settlement and regulate balance",the comprehensive rectification and reinforcement method of"static bolt pile+grouting reinforcement+stabilized foundation underpinning"is proposed.And according to the settlement data,the number of steel pipe piles and the construction process are designed in a regional and time-varying manner using the dynamic construction method.And the static level and IBIS-L terrain micro-change remote monitoring system is used to monitor the whole process.The effect of treatment shows that the method is effective.The static bolt pile combined with grouting reinforcement greatly improves the foundation bearing capacity and optimizes the foundation bearing structure.The stable pressure sealing pile effectively controls the rebound of the pile and reduces the additional settlement during the construction.It not only effectively controls the uneven settlement trend of building,but also creates conditions for its natural return;and it provides experience for the treatment of other similar projects.
