摘要
针对地铁/轻轨等直流供电设备在运行期间给供电线路附近的埋地金属管道造成严重的杂散电流干扰、管道腐蚀和安全隐患,现有接地排流、直接排流、极性排流、强制排流四种排流技术分别存在不同缺陷的问题,研制出一种新型直流杂散电流强制排流器。该强制排流器基于电流吸收和补偿原理,通过实时监测管道上杂散电流流动引由的管地电位变化及强度和强制排流器核心算法控制,由控排系统的杂散电流吸收或补偿单元进行闭环回路控制,以此消除或减低管道上的直流杂散电流。该装置经现场应用验证,达到了预期效果,具有较高的推广应用价值。
The operation of direct current(DC)power supply equipment of subway/light rail will cause serious stray current interference,pipeline corrosion and safety hazard to buried metal pipelines near power supply lines.There are different defects in the four electric drainage technologies:electric drainage by grounding,direct electric drainage,polarized electric drainage and forced electric drainage.A new type of forced electric drainage device for eliminating stray DC is developed.Based on the principle of current absorption and compensation,through the real-time monitoring of the pipe-ground potential change and intensity caused by stray current flow on the pipeline and the core algorithm control of the forced electric drainage device,the stray current absorption or compensation unit of the drainage control system can carry out closed-loop control,so as to eliminate or reduce the stray DC on the pipeline.The device has been verified by field application with the expected effect achieved,showing a high value of popularization and application.
