摘要
阐述了中国农业知识产权产业化发展现状及存在的问题,提出了实施农业知识产权全过程管理、加强知识产权管理人才队伍建设、推动科研院所与企业的深度融合发展等路径对策,以期推动农业科研院所知识产权产业化发展。
The recent situation and problems of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China were summarized.The entire process of agricultural intellectual property management should be strengthened.Moreover,we should strengthen the team con⁃struction of intellectual property management and promote the deep integration of scientific research institutes and enterprises,in or⁃der to promote the industrialization of intellectual property.
