摘要
目的:分析改良包皮环切术治疗包茎及包皮过长的临床效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年10月收治包茎及包皮过长患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用传统包皮环切术;研究组采用改良包皮环切术。比较两组手术相关指标水平、术后并发症发生率、治疗满意度及术后疼痛评分。结果:研究组手术时间、手术出血量及切口愈合时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率及疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术满意度、恢复满意度及外观满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用改良包皮环切术治疗包茎及包皮过长的临床效果显著,患者术后临床各项指标水平均较好,且术后并发症发生率较低。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified circumcision in the treatment of phimosis and redundant prepuce.Methods:From February 2018 to October 2019,60 patients with phimosis and redundant prepuce were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional circumcision.The study group was treated with improved circumcision.We compared the operation related index level,postoperative complication rate,treatment satisfaction and postoperative pain score between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the operation time,blood loss and wound healing time were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the incidence of postoperative complications and pain score were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,surgical satisfaction,recovery satisfaction and appearance satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified circumcision in the treatment of phimosis and redundant prepuce is significant,the postoperative clinical indicators are good,and the incidence of postoperative complications is low.
