摘要
应急物流在应对重大突发性事件中具有举足轻重的作用,是维持社会安全稳定的重要保障。近年来,全球大规模的灾害频繁发生,导致救灾活动的复杂程度越来越高,应急物流也引起了越来越多的学者的关注。本文在现有的应急物资调度模式的基础上,将供需关系与传统的应急物流调度体系相结合,全方位地对国内外近些年来的研究现状进行了综述分析,较为充分地说明了目前国内外的研究成果,进而总结了国内外应急物流的现状,包括研究取得的成绩以及不足,最后简明扼要地讨论了应急物流领域未来的发展方向。
Emergency logistics plays a decisive role in dealing with major emergencies and is an important guarantee for maintaining social security and stability.In recent years,large-scale disasters occur frequently around the world,which leads to the increasing complexity of disaster relief activities.Emergency logistics has also attracted the attention of more and more scholars.In this paper,on the basis of the existing emergency supplies scheduling model,the relationship between supply and demand and the combination of traditional emergency logistics scheduling system,a full range of domestic and foreign research status in recent years were summarized analysis,more fully explained the research results at home and abroad,and the current situation of emergency logistics at home and abroad are summarized,including the research achievements and shortcomings,and finally briefly discusses the future development direction in the field of emergency logistics.
