嵌入式科研服务与职业人才培养质量:现状、维度及路径对策

摘要 人才培养是教育的着眼点。以南昌市为例,基于CiteSpace可视化分析工具,分析职业教育科研产出及其对人才培养的支撑情况,明确职业学校科研服务人才培养的现状,从选题引导、方法论指导、论文及项目申报结题培训等维度,剖析嵌入式科研服务如何助力职业人才培养质量,并从项目校内选题、调研筹划、成果转化、科研人才培养、成果校内评价和奖励等方面,探索嵌入式科研服务提升职业人才培养质量的路径。 Talent cultivation is the focus of education.Taking Nanchang City as an example,this paper analyzes the scientific research output of vocational education and its support for talent cultivation based on CiteSpace,and clarifies the current situation that scientific research servicing talent training in vocational schools,and then analyzes how embedded scientific research services can help promote the quality of talent training from the aspects of topic selection,methodological guidance,paper training,fund application,fund training and so on.Moreover,this paper explores the path that embedded scientific research services promote the quality of professional talents training from aspects such as topic selection of school-level funds,the overall planning of research,the transformation of achievements,the cultivation of scientific research talents and the reward of scientific research achievements.
