苯醚甲环唑在枸杞上残留消解和最终残留状态分析 被引量:3

摘要 为促进安全生产,提高枸杞产品质量,试验系统地研究了苯醚甲环唑农药在枸杞上残留消解和最终残留状态。主要通过添加标准品方式对Carb/NH2-SPE柱净化结合气相色谱-电子捕获检测器测定枸杞中苯醚甲环唑残留量的分析方法进行验证,结果表明枸杞鲜果、干果中苯醚甲环唑的平均回收率为99%~105%,变异系数为0.9%~9.1%。残留消解和最终残留试验表明:枸杞中苯醚甲环唑残留量随时间的延长呈减少趋势,不同试验地点最终残留结果不同,且枸杞干果中的残留量明显大于鲜果中的残留量,苯醚甲环唑在宁夏银川、甘肃武威两地枸杞中半衰期分别为2.2 d和5.9 d。 In order to promote safe production and improve the quality of Lycium barbarum L.products,this experiment systematically studied the residual digestion and final residue status of difenoconazole pesticide in Lycium barbarum L.The analytical method for the determination of difenoconazole residues in Lycium barbarum L.by Carb/NH2-SPE column purification combined with gas chromatography-electron capture detector was verified by adding standards.The results showed that the average recovery rate was 99%~105%,and the coefficient of variation was 0.9%~9.1%in fresh and dried fruits of Lycium barbarum L.Residue digestion and final residue tests showed that the difenoconazole residues in Lycium barbarum L.had a decreasing trend with time.The results of the final residue test were different in test locations,and the residue in dried Lycium barbarum L.fruits was significantly greater than that in fresh fruits.The half-lives of difenoconazole in Lycium barbarum L.were 2.2 d and 5.9 d respectively in Yinchuan and Wuwei.
