摘要
光催化技术在环境保护领域备受青睐,TiO_(2)光催化剂化学性质稳定、毒性低、便宜,但禁带宽度较大、电子空穴复合率较高。为提高TiO_(2)的光催化性能,以金属离子掺杂改性TiO_(2)是最有效方法之一。综述了近几年国内外金属离子掺杂改性TiO_(2)的研究进展,分析了过渡金属掺杂,稀土金属掺杂,共掺杂改性的作用机理;并且对目前的金属掺杂TiO_(2)表征技术进行综述,为了解光催化的基本方面提供一个新的视角,并对开发性能优良的新型光催化剂具有启发意义。
Photocatalytic technology is favored in the field of environmental protection,while TiO_(2) photocatalyst has the advantages of stable chemical properties,low toxicity,and cheapness,but the large band gap and high electron-hole recombination rate.In order to improve the photocatalytic performance of TiO_(2),metal ion doping modification of TiO_(2) is one of the most effective methods.The research progress of metal ion doping modified TiO_(2) at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed.The mechanism of transition metal doping,rare earth metal doping and co-doping modification is analyzed.And the current characterization technology of metal doped TiO_(2) is reviewed.It is therefore anticipated that this review can provide a novel perspective to understand the fundamental aspects of photocatalysis and inspire the development of new photocatalysts with superior performances.
