摘要
为了解决烟标印刷颜色不均匀问题,本研究运用响应面分析法,以烟标印刷品的颜色不均匀区域为对象,选取图像水平、垂直、对角三个方向的细节能量作为不均匀性参数,建立了实地印刷颜色不均匀性评价模型并通过实验测试验证模型的准确性,为评价烟标等实地印刷区域比较大的包装印刷产品的颜色不均匀性提供了一种有效的评价方法。
In this study,in order to solve the problem of non-uniform color of printed cigarette label,response surface analysis(RSM)was used to analyze the non-uniform color area.Taking the non-uniform area of printed cigarette label as the object,the horizontal,vertical and diagonal detail energies of the image were selected as the non-uniform parameters.RSM was used to establish the evaluation model for the non-uniform area of cigarette label and the experimental verification was carried out.Through the experiment,the variance analysis was carried out to get the specific gravity relationship of the three.It proved a new method which can evaluate the colour uniformity of cigarette label and improve the production efficiency in the field of printing.
