摘要
本研究介绍了ISO国际标准中大面积平网填充域数字印刷品的斑点和颗粒度质量属性及量化方法。ISO/TS 15311-2:2018标准中定义斑点和颗粒度分别为空间频率在0.0461~0.3691cy/mm和0.3691~1.4763cy/mm内的亮度波动,其反映的是不同空间尺度上亮度的二维随机涨落特性。对常用数字印刷机和喷墨打印机输出的4个印品进行了斑点和颗粒度的检测。结果表明:斑点和颗粒度值随印品的宏观亮度而变化,且变化规律随不同的输出系统而不同,但都表现为高亮调和高暗调的斑点和颗粒度值相对较小。
In this study,the international standard print quality attribute and quantitative method of mottle and graininess of digital printed matter of large area flat screen were introduced.In ISO/TS 15311-2:2018,mottle and graininess are defined as the lightness fluctuation when the spatial frequency changes from 0.0461cy/mm to 0.3691cy/mm and from 0.3691 to 1.4763cy/mm,respectively,which reflects the two-dimensional random fluctuation of luminance on different spatial scales.Four prints of digital printing and photo printing were tested.The results showed that the mottle and graininess change with its macroscopic lightness of the prints,and the change rule is different with the different output systems,but the values of mottle and graininess are relatively small at the high bright and dark tones.
