摘要
试验旨在研究泌乳驴产后不同时间的血清和乳中常量元素(钙、磷、钾、镁)与微量元素(镉、钴、铬、钼、铅、铜、锰、硒、铁、锌)含量的变化规律。试验选取24头年龄、体重和预产期相近的德州三粉驴,分别于产后1、3、5、7、14、21、28和42 d采集乳样和血样。结果显示:产后不同时间对乳中常量元素与微量元素含量有显著影响(P<0.05),初乳中钙、钾、磷、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌、钴、硒、钼、铬含量高于常乳,尤其是产后1 d的初乳更高,之后逐渐降低;随泌乳天数增加,血清中钙、磷、镁、硒、钴和镉含量呈下降的趋势,多数以产后48 h内较高,镁含量在产后24 h降低明显;但血清中钾、铁、铜、锰、锌、铬含量无显著变化(P>0.05)。
The study was to investigate the pattern of changes in serum and milk levels of macroelements(calcium,phosphorus,potassium and magnesium)and trace elements(cadmium,cobalt,chromium,molybdenum,lead,copper,manganese,selenium,iron and zinc)in colostrum and normal milk in lactating three-pink donkeys at different time points(1,3,5,7,14,21,28 and 42 d)after parturition.The experiment selected 24 donkeys with similar age,weight and expected date of delivery.The results showed that different time points after postpartum had significant effect on the content of macro-elements and micro-elements in milk(P<0.05),and colostrum contained more calcium,potassium,phosphorus,magnesium,iron,copper,manganese,zinc,cobalt,selenium,molybdenum and chromium than normal milk,especially colostrum at 1 d after postpartum.With increasing days of lactation,the content of(calcium,phosphorus,magnesium,selenium,cobalt and cadmium in serum tended to decrease,and most of them were higher during the first 48 h postpartum period,while the content of magnesium decreased significantly at 24 h after postpartum.Different times after parturition had no significant effect on the content of potassium,iron,copper,manganese,zinc,chromium and chromium in serum(P>0.05).
