摘要
针对传统扦样设备的弊端,研发了一款可移动、便携式粮食扦样器,并在广东省储备粮管理总公司东莞直属库进行了应用试验。结果表明,通过使用该扦样器,实现了大型粮食库仓深层粮食扦样的机械自动化,有效降低了仓储作业人员劳动强度,提高了扦样效率,达到了粮食仓储环节高装粮深度粮食样品取得到,取得轻松,取得精准的目标,为粮食储存期间质量检验提供了强有力技术支持。
Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional sampling equipment,a mobile and portable grain sampler was developed,and field application experiments were carried out in Dongguan Treasury,Guangdong Province Grain Reserves Management Corporation.The result of repeated use shows that the machinery automation for sampling deep grains in large granary was achieved by using this sampler,effectively reduces the labor intensity of warehouse operators,improves the sampler efficiency,and achieves an end that the deep high grain samples in the grain storage link can be easily and accurately obtained,which provides strong technical support for quality inspection during grain storage.At the same time,this invention fills the industry blank,promotes the scientific and technological progress of grain storage industry,and has broad market application prospects and promotion value.
