摘要
目的:比较喹硫平与利培酮治疗青少年早发性精神分裂症的效果和安全性。方法:收集2018年12月-2020年2月本院收治的青少年早发性精神分裂症患者90例,随机分为参照组及试验组,参照组给予利培酮治疗,试验组给予喹硫平治疗,对比两组治疗效果、PANSS评分、不良反应率。结果:试验组总有效率为91.11%,与参照组的86.67%对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组PANSS评分与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组不良反应为11.11%,显著低于参照组的31.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青少年早发性精神分裂症使用喹硫平与利培酮治疗均可起到疾病控制的效果,喹硫平疗效更显著,而且喹硫平应用后药物不良反应显著较利培酮少,更具临床推广价值。
Objective:To compare of the efficacy and safety of Quetiapine and Risperidone in the treatment of adolescent early-onset schizophrenia.Method:A total of 90 cases of adolescent early-onset schizophrenia treated in our hospital from December 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,the reference group was given Risperidone treatment,the experimental group was given Quetiapine treatment,the therapeutic effect,PANSS score,adverse reaction rate in two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.11%,compared with 86.67% of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),and the PANSS score of the experimental group was compared with the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The adverse reaction of the experimental group was 11.11%,which was significantly lower than the 31.11% of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Quetiapine and Risperidone in adolescents with early-onset schizophrenia can achieve disease control effects.Quetiapine has a more significant effect,and the adverse drug reactions after Quetiapine are significantly less than Risperidone,and Quetiapine has more clinical promotion value.
