力传感器在发动机推力试验工况下的技术特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 力传感器是工业测控领域的常见测量仪器,其数据准确程度是应用效果的重要保证。力传感器在航空发动机试车台等推力测量场合的受力工况比较复杂,与实验室校准时的工作状态存在明显差异,由此引入的数据偏差需要进行分析和校准。通过对发动机推力试验中常用的应变式力传感器的使用工况进行分析,并与实验室校准条件进行比较,对力传感器在不同的环境温度、大气压力以及受力状态等3种工况下的技术性能进行了探讨,同时对力传感器开展了多种校准试验来进行各方面性能的具体评价。为完善力传感器的使用方法和有针对性地开展校准试验提出了建议,从而提升了力传感器在复杂工况下数据应用的准确性和适用性。 Force transducer is a common measuring instrument in the field of industrial measurement and control,and its data accuracy is an important guarantee for application effects.As the force status in the aeroengine test bed and other thrust measurement occasions is more complex,and there is a significant difference between the laboratory calibration status,thus the introduced data deviation needs to be analyzed and calibrated.The working conditions of strain type force sensors commonly used in engine thrust tests were analyzed and compared with the calibration conditions in the laboratory.The technical performance under different ambient temperature,atmospheric pressure and stress state was discussed,and the performance was evaluated by calibrating force transducers with different structures under different working conditions.Some suggestions for improving the use method of force sensors in various applications and carrying out calibration tests are put forward.In this way,the accuracy and applicability of force transducer data application under complex working conditions are improved.
