摘要
为研究黄芩对混合盐碱胁迫的耐受性及适应能力,以一年生黄芩幼苗为材料,采用盆栽试验,将中性盐NaCl、Na2SO4以及碱性盐NaHCO3、Na2 CO3按不同比例混合成4种组合,并分别设置50、100、150、200 mmol/L 4个浓度梯度,设蒸馏水对照,研究黄芩幼苗发育过程中不同盐碱胁迫对其幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:混合盐碱胁迫对黄芩幼苗叶片中MDA含量、叶绿素含量、保护酶活性以及相对电导率变化影响显著(P<0.05)。从总体上来看,随着胁迫浓度的增加,MDA含量和相对电导率呈缓慢上升趋势,且均在200 mmol/L胁迫浓度与对照相比差异显著,在中性盐A组(NaCl∶Na2SO4=1∶1)胁迫处理时达到最高值;叶绿素含量随着胁迫浓度增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,并在50 mmol/L胁迫浓度下,中性盐A组胁迫处理的含量最高;保护酶活性也随着胁迫浓度增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,其中SOD、POD在A组胁迫处理下活性最高。
In order to study the tolerance and adaptability of Scutellaria baicalensis to mixed saline and alkali stress,the seedlings of annual Scutellaria baicalensiswere used as materials.The neutral salt NaCl,Na2 SO4 and alkaline salt NaHCO3 and Na2 CO3 were mixed into 4 combinations,and 4 concentration gradients of 50,100,150 and 200 mmol/L were set respectively by pot experiment.Distilled water was used as control,and the effects of different saline stress on the physiological characteristics of the Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings were studied.The results showed that mixed saline stress had a significant effect on MDA con⁃tent,chlorophyll content,protective enzyme activity and relative conductivity in the leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings(P<0.05).On the whole,with the increase of stress concentration,MDA content and relative conductivity showed a slow upward trend,and the concentration of 200 mmol/L stress was significantly different from the control,and the highest value reached the highest in the stress treatment of neutral salt group A.The chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased with the increase of stress concentration,and at the concentration of 50 mmol/L stress,NaCl∶Na2 SO4=1∶1,the content of stress treatment was the highest in group A,and the activity of protective enzyme increased first and then decreased with the increase of stress concentration,among which SOD and POD had the highest content in group A stress treatment.
