摘要
目的探讨妊娠阶段的强化护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2018年3月—2019年6月期间该院收治的87例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据妊娠阶段护理措施分为强化组和常规组,分别纳入患者45例和42例。常规组实施妊娠期糖尿病常规护理,强化组强化护理与控制措施,对比两组降糖效果,并分析两组妊娠结局。结果强化组不良妊娠结局总发生率8.89%(4/45)显著低于常规组26.19%(11/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠阶段根据患者病情,积极采取妊娠期糖尿病强化护理干预措施,可有效控制血糖,并改善其妊娠结局,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the influence of intensive nursing intervention during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 87 patients with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into intensive group and routine group according to the nursing measures during pregnancy.45 and 42 patients were enrolled respectively.Routine care of gestational diabetes was carried out in the routine group,and the intensive care and control measures were strengthened in the intensive group.The hypoglycemic effects of the two groups were compared,and the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the intensive group 8.89%(4/45)was significantly lower than that in the routine group 26.19%(11/42),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the patient's condition during pregnancy,intensive nursing intervention measures for gestational diabetes can be taken to effectively control blood glucose and improve the pregnancy outcome,which has high clinical application value.
