摘要
利用前期鉴定出来的抗F-小种列当材料和高感列当材料,借助分子标记手段,根据BSA法建立抗感池,利用分布在17个向日葵连锁群上的409对SSR引物进行筛选。结果表明:筛选到了77个多态性SSR引物;从多态性引物中筛选到4对可将抗-感单株、抗-感混池明确区分开的引物,这些引物可能成为向日葵抗F-列当小种分子标记中的通用引物。
Using the anti-F-race and high-sensitivity broomrape materials identified in the earlier stage,with the help of molecular markers,the resistance pool was established according to the BSA method,and 409 pairs of SSR primers distributed on 17 sunflower linkage groups were screened.The results showed that 77 polymorphic SSR primers were screened;from the polymorphic primers,4 pairs of primers that could clearly distinguish the anti-susceptible single plant and the anti-sense mixed pool were screened.These primers might become universal primers in the sunflower anti-F-broomrape race molecular markers.
