基因检测指导精神分裂症患者个体化用药的临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨基因检测在精神分裂症患者个体化用药治疗中的应用价值。方法将符合入组标准的120例精神分裂症患者随机分为常规组和研究组,每组60例。常规组患者凭医师用药经验进行抗精神病药物治疗,研究组实施基因检测并进行基因组学分析及调整药物治疗方案。比较两组患者PANSS总分、不良反应发生率以及服药依从性等指标的差异。结果研究组在治疗第8周时PANSS总分及不良反应发生率均较常规组明显降低,服药依从性明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论应用基因检测可提高精神分裂症患者药物治疗的效果和服药依从性,减少药物不良反应的发生,从而促进临床合理用药、精准用药和个体化用药。 Objective To explore the application value of gene detection in individualized drug therapy for schizophrenia patients.Methods The 120 schizophrenic patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the conventional group and the study group,with 60 patients in each group.Patients in the conventional group were treated with antipsychotics according to their physicians'experience.The study group performed gene detection and genomic analysis and adjusted drug treatment regimens.Compare the differences of PANSS score,incidence of adverse drug reactions,medication compliance between the two groups.Results At the 8th week of treatment,the PANSS score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the medication compliance was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of gene detection can improve the therapeutic effect and medication compliance of schizophrenia patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,and thus promote rational,precise and individualized medicine.
