摘要
在互联网时代下,企业经济效益的提升,与企业财务管理的创新有着必然的联系,企业财务管理在企业管理过程中的核心地位不可取代。本文对如何深化企业财务管理,提高企业经济效益作了相关探讨。首先对财务管理的特点进行了综合论述,接着从三方面对新形势下企业财务管理应遵守的原则作了简要介绍,最后着重从七个方面提出了深化企业财务管理的途径,即创新企业财务管理模式、加强企业资金的管理、确保投资决策的可行性、优化企业内外部流程、强化管理者财务意识、完善财务核算制度、培养财务管理团队等,旨在为提高企业经济效益提供理论参考。
In the Internet age,the improvement of corporate economic effi ciency is inevitable with the innovation of corporate financial management.The core position of corporate financial management in the process of corporate management cannot be replaced.This article discusses how to deepen corporate financial management and improve corporate economic efficiency.First,it comprehensively discusses the characteristics of financial management,and then briefly introduces the principles that corporate financial management should comply with in the new situation from three aspects.This article proposes ways to deepen corporate fi nancial management from seven aspects,such as innovating corporate fi nancial management models,strengthening corporate capital management,ensuring the feasibility of investment decisions,optimizing internal and external processes,strengthening managers’financial awareness,improving fi nancial accounting systems,and training fi nancial management team,etc.I hope to provide a theoretical reference for improving the economic effi ciency of enterprises.
