摘要
将布卢姆教育目标分类法中分类表的认知过程分类按照由下向上顺序排列,再为分类表添加虚拟的二维坐标系,并将表格分为四个象限,从而建立了临床医学教育目标分类模型。对临床医学理论知识的低级认知过程是以低阶思维技能为基础,从“记忆/回忆”开始,向“理解”和“应用”迁移。而针对“诊断、治疗和临床实践”的高级认知活动,对应于以高阶思维技能为基础的“分析、评价和创造”等认知过程。对所建立分类模型的应用表明,其有助于指导临床教学目标、教学活动和测评的设计。
The cognitive process classification of the classification table in Bloom’s taxonomy of educational goals is arranged from bottom to top,then a virtual two-dimensional coordinate system is added to the classification table,and the table is divided into four quadrants,thus establishing the taxonomical model of clinical medical education goals.The lower cognitive process of clinical medical theoretical knowledge is based on the lower order thinking skills,starting from“memory/recollection”and transferring to“understanding”and“application”.The higher cognitive activities for“diagnosis,treatment and clinical practice”correspond to cognitive processes such as“analysis,evaluation and creation”based on higher-order thinking skills.The application of the established taxonomical model shows that it is helpful to guide the design of clinical teaching goals,teaching activities and evaluation.
