摘要
目的:探讨综合医院在新型冠状病毒感染期间护理人力资源的管理。方法:成立新型冠状病毒应急组织机构,建立护理人员调配预案和护理人力资源应急备案库,对在库护理人员进行培训考核,并在指定区域进行应急演练,对救治工作中突出表现者给予奖励。结果:确保新型冠状病毒感染期护理人力资源的充分调配,提高护理工作效率。确保预防、救治工作的顺利开展,实现院内零感染。提高应急护理人员的自我防护能力、传染病鉴别能力、消毒隔离技能和心理调节能力。确保其他临床科室门诊与住院患者正常就诊、医疗工作有序开展。结论:科学合理配置护理人力资源,有效避免新型冠状病毒传染病期间医院感染的发生,提升医院应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。
Objective:To investigate the management of nursing human resources in hospital during the period of corona virus infection.Methods:Establish a new coronavirus emergency organization,establish a nursing staff deployment plan and nursing human resources emergency filing database,conduct training and assessment of nursing staff in the library,conduct emergency drills in designated areas,and reward outstanding performers in the rescue work.Results:Ensure the full deployment of nursing human resources during the new coronavirus infection period and improve the efficiency of nursing human resources.To ensure the smooth development of the prevention and treatment,to achieve nosocomial infection.To analysis the training effect,improve the emergency nursing staff′s ability of self-protection,nfectious disease identification,disinfection and isolation skills,psychological adjustment.To ensure the normal treatment of outpatient and inpatient in other clinical departments and the orderly development of medical work.Conclusion:distribute nursing human resources scientificly and rationally can avoid the occurrence of nosocomial infection effectively during the period of corona virus diseases and improve the ability of dealing with public health emergencies to hospitals.
