摘要
针对气动平衡器中O形密封圈的密封问题,利用ANSYS软件建立有限元分析模型,得出不同预压缩率和工作压力下应力的变化规律。研究结果表明,随着预压缩率和工作介质压力的增大,密封圈所受到的最大接触应力和von Mises应力随之增大,预压缩率取20%时,von Mises应力受到工作压力的影响较小,密封效果较好。搭建气动平衡器密封圈密封性能测试试验平台,通过测量重物最终稳定时下降的距离计算出装置的泄漏量,通过泄漏量检验密封效果,根据试验结果,证明选用的O形密封圈具有良好的密封性能,可以满足现场工作的需要。
Aiming at the sealing problem of O-ring in pneumatic balancer,the finite element analysis model was established by using ANSYS software,and the change law of stress under different precompression rate and working pressure was obtained.The results show that the maximum contact stress and von Mises stress of the sealing ring increase with the increase of the precompression rate and the working medium pressure.The sealing performance test platform of pneumatic balancer sealing ring was built.The leakage amount of the device was calculated by measuring the falling distance of the weight when it was finally stabilized.The sealing effect was checked by the leakage amount.
