摘要
以西安市某大型新建污水厂为例,对该厂细格栅出水进行了含砂量和粒径分布分析,并测试了新型水力旋流沉砂设备的实际运行效果。结果表明,该厂进水固体具有有机物含量高(VSS/SS平均84.57%)、细砂占比大(200um以下92.1%)、砂粒沉降性能差等特点;对新型水力旋流除砂设备的测试结果表明,该设备能够有效去除比重2.65、粒径100um以上的砂粒,去除效率达到85%以上,对150um和200um的砂粒去除效率分别达到了90%和94%,优于传统的除砂工艺。此外,系统占地和能耗也分别比同规模的曝气沉砂池降低42%和70%。
Taking a large newly built sewage plant in Xi ’an city as an examplet,he sand content and particle size of the outlet water from the fine grille were analyzed, and the actual operation effect of the new hydrodynamic separator was tested. The results showed that the organic content of inlet particles was high(VSS/SS averaged 84.57%), the proportion of fine sand below 200 um was large(92.1%), and the settling performance of sand particles was poor. Tests on the new hydrodynamic separator show that the device can effectively remove sand particles with a specific gravity of 2.65 and a particle size of more than 100 um, achieving a removal effect of more than 85%. The removal efficiency of sand particles at 150 um and 200 um reaches 90% and 94%, respectively. In addition, the system footprint and energy consumption are also reduced by 42% and 70% respectively compared with the same size of the aerated grit chamber.
