摘要
为了有效预防危化品道路运输事故发生,从风险识别方法、风险特征、风险评价指标体系、风险管控4个方面对危化品道路运输风险隐患展开综合论述。主要从研究对象、主要结论、优缺点等方面对危化品道路运输风险识别方法研究现状进行了对比分析,总结了事故发生风险特征,根据所构建的危化品道路运输系统安全评价指标体系,结合智能化、信息化等科学技术,提出针对性的风险管控措施,保障了危化品道路运输安全高效的运行。
In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of dangerous chemicals road transportation risk accidents,the risk identification method,risk characteristics,risk evaluation index system,risk control and other four aspects of dangerous chemicals road transportation risk were discussed.This paper compared and analyzed the research status of risk identification methods of hazardous chemicals road transportation from the aspects of research objects,main conclusions,advantages and disadvantages,summarized the risk characteristics of accidents.According to the safety evaluation index system of hazardous chemicals road transportation system,the authors put forward targeted risk control measures combined with intelligent,information science and technology,which has ensured the road transportation of dangerous chemicals safe and efficient operation.
