摘要
用取象比类的思维模式分析卵巢的阴阳转化规律,进而探讨五脏与卵巢功能的调节关系,强调心肾在调节卵巢功能中占据重要地位。在此基础上以阴阳虚实为纲领分析卵巢功能失调导致的月经异常及生殖疾病的病机,并列举国医大师夏桂成教授心肾同调、运转少阴枢机和导师朱颖教授顺应卵巢阴阳转化规律调整卵巢周期治疗此类疾病的治法及方药。
This paper analyzed the transformation of yin and yang of ovary with the analogical thinking,and then probed into the regulating relationship between the five internal organs and ovarian function,and emphasized that the heart and kidney play an important role in regulating ovarian function.On this basis,the pathogenesis of ovarian dysfunctional menstrual reproductive disease is analyzed based on the deficiency and sufficiency of yin and yang.And the treatment and prescription of Professor XIA Guicheng,a master of Chinese medicine,who runs Shaoyin helm and adjust heart and kidney and Professor ZHU Ying who adjusts the ovarian cycle in accordance with the law of ovarian yin and yang transformation to treat this kind of disease are listed.
