摘要
跨境电商信用是一般商务信用在虚拟网络中的映射,体现社会对信用的认知程度和社会信用体系的建设程度。跨境电商信用评价模型的研究对于有效规范网络中的交易行为和推进跨境电商的健康稳健发展具有重大意义。本文主要研究中国跨境电商信用等级评价指标体系的构建及其权重确定,并重点构建跨境电商信用等级模糊多指标综合评价模型。基于中国跨境电商信用影响因素和评价指标选取原则,建立跨境电商信用等级评价三级指标体系,以此构建跨境电商信用等级模糊多指标综合评价模型。
Cross-border e-commerce credit is the mapping of general business credit in virtual network,which reflects the degree of social cognition of credit and the construction of social credit system.The research of cross-border e-commerce credit evaluation model is of great significance to effectively regulate the transaction behavior in the network and promote the healthy and steady development of cross-border e-commerce.This paper mainly studies the construction of cross-border e-commerce credit rating index system and its weight determination,and focuses on the construction of cross-border e-commerce credit rating fuzzy multi-index comprehensive evaluation model.Based on the influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce credit and the selection principle of evaluation index,the three-level index system of cross-border e-commerce credit rating evaluation is established to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of fuzzy multi-index of cross-border e-commerce credit rating.
