摘要
学习力是把知识资源转化为知识资本的能力,为落实农民大学生的培养目标,从学习力提升的视角切入,如何在实践教学过程中注重提升农民大学生的实用技术、经营能力和管理能力是一个重要的课题。本文以益阳广播电视大学为例,重点探讨了基于学习力提升的农民大学生实践教学策略,以期为增强农民大学生培养实效提供参考借鉴。
Learning ability is the ability to transform knowledge resources into knowledge capital. In order to implement the training goal of peasant college students, from the perspective of improving learning ability, it is an important topic how to improve the practical technology, management ability and management ability of farmers college students in the process of practical teaching. Taking Yiyang Radio and TV University as an example, this paper mainly discusses the practical teaching strategies of farmers’ college students based on the improvement of learning ability, in order to provide reference for enhancing the actual effect of farmers’ college students’ training.
