以精神障碍为首发表现的中枢神经系统LCH一例报道及文献复习

Mental disorder as first manifestation of central nervous system Langerhans cell histiocytosis:one case report and literature review

摘要朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症(LCH)是单核-巨噬系统的一种罕见疾病,可侵犯所有器官,造成局限性或广泛性脏器损害,而中枢神经系统(CNS)-LCH较为少见,以精神障碍为首发表现的CNS-LCH在临床上更为罕见。济宁市精神病防治院伽玛刀治疗科收治了1例以精神障碍为首发表现的CNS-LCH患者,笔者现将其诊治经过报道如下,以增强临床同道对该病的认识。
