摘要
糖尿病是日常生活中最常见的慢性内分泌系统疾病之一,因其高发病率越来越受到人们的关注。近年来中医药在2型糖尿病治疗中取得了良好效果。尤其是清热类中药从不同途径、不同环节起到治疗糖尿病及其并发症的作用,发挥多靶点的治疗效果。本综述从理论、临床、实验3个方面探讨清热类中药治疗糖尿病的研究进展,为糖尿病的进一步临床治疗提供依据。
In daily life,one of the most common chronic endocrine system diseases is diabetes mellitus.Its high incidence rate has attracted more and more attention.In recent years,Chinese medicine has achieved good results in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.In particular,heat-clearing Chinese medicinal herbs play a role in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications from different ways and links,and take a multi-target therapeutic effect.This review discusses the research progress of the treatment of diabetes mellitus by heat-clearing Chinese medicine from three aspects:theoretical research,clinical research and experimental research,so as to provide basis for further clinical treatment of diabetes mellitus.
